Tiffany Hardaway, M.D., MS

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Tiffany E. Hardaway knew that she wanted to pursue a career in medicine since childhood. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Florida State University, she went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Biology from Tennessee State University. Dr. Hardaway earned her medical degree from Wayne State University and went on to complete her residency in Anesthesiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

With over a decade in private practice, Dr. Hardaway has had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings ranging from large academic centers to highly specialized ambulatory facilities. Most recently, Dr. Hardaway has founded Innovative Anesthesia and Analgesia and is looking forward to further expanding her practice.

Throughout her career, she has enjoyed serving as an instructor and mentor to youth ranging in age from elementary school to medical residency. She truly believes in the pursuit of one’s dreams and that our reality is limited only by our imaginations. This being said, she is also keenly aware of ethnic disparities in healthcare, including physician recruitment and retention. Dr. Hardaway is fully committed to the aims of ElevateMeD, and is honored to serve on the Board of Directors.
