TIPS FOR RECORDING YOUR APPLICATION VIDEO
WARDROBE: Wear your pressed white coat.
VIDEO FORMAT/SETUP: FILM YOUR RECORDING HORIZONTAL/LANDSCAPE Whether recording from a laptop, desktop or mobile device so that your camera angle is level to the floor and horizontal. Position yourself close to the screen so that we can see from the top of your head to your upper torso only. This also ensures that we can hear you clearly by having you positioned closer to the microphone of your device.
CLEAR BACKGROUND/WORKSPACE: Make sure that your area that is in camera view is clear from any sensitive information, is clear and neat, and without any brand labels present that could present potential trademark issues.
GOOD LIGHTING: Natural daylight is best. If you have the option to be in an area with daylight place your video setup there for this recording. If you do not have access to record with daylight, make sure that there is enough available light to see you clearly.
REMOVE BACKGROUND NOISE: Select a quiet area that is free from background noise.
